  I live over 100km away from the store and had re organised my day to collect the phone, they didn't care. Not the first time I have had poor service from this store

  Had a phone sent away to be repaired.When it was returned they notified me. At this store they told me it wasn't at the store and told me the repairers had notified me by mistake. I rang later having realised that it was the store who had notified me and they eventually found the phone was indeed at their store. I have organised for the phone to be collected by a family member that they knew was going to collect it, they refused to give them the phone, even when I was talking to the staff member involved while they were in the store.
